Moogong Cup Report

On Saturday, November 23, OMAC held the 3rd annual Moogong Cup. It was an extremely exciting event!

On Friday the 22nd there were several exciting workshops held at the OMAC East School. The workshops covered Taekwondo Sparring, Karate Sparring, Forms, Staff Forms, Sword Forms- Taught by Moo Sung Choi. These seminars were extremely fun and informative and had an attendance of 26 participants.

On Saturday the competition began. There were 64 competitors who competed in sparring, forms, team demo, weapons, weapon combatants, and breaking. The competition was fast and furious and everyone had a great time.
